TriPrima is a privately‐owned cloud computing company that provides high availability, Private Cloud as a Service to companies seeking to outsource the running of enterprise and desktop applications. The Company’s services enable end users to rapidly scale (up or down) their IT infrastructure on an as‐needed basis, reducing operating expenses and capital outlays. As a result, the need for on‐premise end user equipment such as application servers and redundant infrastructure is replaced by managed off‐premise services provided from a secure and compliant data center location for a significantly lower cost.  TriPrima provides services from a Tier IV designed data center and works with third party channel partners to target small, medium and enterprise end users.

TriPrima employs technologically advanced architecture designed in‐house to deliver unique virtual server and desktop services to end-users. With its virtual server service, TriPrima offers all‐inclusive, unit‐based pricing for memory, computing, and storage. Key features, such as backup, redundancy, and dynamic fail‐over, are fully included in our product pricing, as compared to competitors’ tendency to charge incrementally for these important services. With our virtual desktop service, we combine the power and benefits of licensed desktop operating systems, hosted virtual servers, and licensed applications in a highly available, dedicated private cloud, while maintaining important features of physical assets, such as the ability to recognize USB devices, printers, and other plug‐in devices. In all of our service offerings, we never have access to the end user’s data, which provides a cloud computing solution compliant with HIPAA, SOX, and many other regulations.  Our compliance capability is unique to the industry and is a major reason clients seek out our offerings.

TriPrima utilizes third party channel partners to sell our services. The low‐overhead model reduces the our need for fixed costs associated with sales and support staff, while leveraging the our channel partners’ existing relationships to provide our customers with the best pricing options available in the industry.
