All of TriPrima’s services are provided exclusively through its network of Channel Partners rather than a direct sales force to the end user.  This allows TriPrima to focus on what we do best, our core services, supporting the Channel and providing very competitive pricing for the products and services we offer.

Our Channel Partners provide all of the marketing, sales, end user support, and migration services to their respective end user communities and actively sell all of the TriPrima offerings as a private labeled service. Each Channel Partner can also provide any number of additional services to their customers.  And at TriPrima we feel this is best as our focus is delivering flawless product and service while the Channel Partner ensures that each customer is getting the TriPrima offering needed.

The TriPrima relationship then becomes an additional source of recurring revenue for the Channel Partner and an inlet for up selling their individual products and services.

Figure 1 below demonstrates how TriPrima becomes the foundation of the Channel Partners’ hosted services offering. Figure 2 demonstrates the division of responsibilities between TriPrima and the Channel Partner, which allows each to focus on their respective areas of expertise.
